He did die. It was last Feb. I may need to do a ritual goodby. I found out he had a good life and was happy...that's all I wanted to know. But he was only 57. Sad. So young.

that is awfully young. A ritual good-bye sounds like a good idea. Hey, that might even be good to do for people who are lost, or out of the picture but still living.

I totally believe a ritual goodbye would be most in order!
Candles, salt, water, earth, words....whatever it takes to find closure.
I do rituals all the time, and it is very meaningful to me.
I hope if you do one, however/whatever form takes place, it will do you the highest good, and celebrate the best in him, and in you.
I am sorry for your loss.
