He was born in 1905. He was 92 when he died and my mom was 93..
It seems that I miss them more as I get older. I know that I think about them more. I guess I have more time to reflect....4th of July was huge in our family and this year was a particularly hard one for me. I was alone here in Texas.
Everything changes. We can count on it.

you come from good stock it sounds like = )
holidays w/o our loved ones are hard and often remind us of what was.
yes, change is the one constant you can count on in life. it ain't easy either.
