Adrift and I are going to post our exercise here and support one another. Who wants to join us?
My goal is to walk or ride my exercise bike 30 mins 5 times a week.

That's great! Have you been doing that for long? I sometimes do 4-5 mile walks, it takes more time then getting on the treadmill so I do that more often. But I enjoy being outdoors more.
Phillipa, that is reall excellent!

I'm so proud of you guys! sounds like healthy plan is working well :)
I guess I'll post a goal too. I'm gonna do 20 (girlie) pushups, 20 squats, 20x 2 lunges and 50 crunches while I watch TV tonight.

Good for you!
Try to do your exercise outdoors during daylight time if at all possible, especially in winter. Here in the midwest we have had much above normal temperatures and my daily 2 mile walk @ lunch has been outdoors almost every day even in December.
It makes a huge difference in how I feel and sleep. We were not created to be indoors all the time.

I've missed a few days that have been really busy though.

I agree, outdoors is better
