vague nausea, loss of appetite

Posted by qqqsimmons on February 6, 2007, at 19:43:19

i'm not sure what this is. i'm 95% sure it's not serious. i get digestive flare ups, where i'll lose my appetite and feel a bit of nausea. it may be related to my high protein diet. maybe it's food allergies???

just wondering if anyone might have better ideas for causes or treatment?

I've just been tested for allergies ( I didnt eat a balanced diet ((understatement!)) and was found to have Candida in the gut. There are many and varied symptoms. There is a web site, though I cant remember the address - try 'Candida'in a search engine to see what comes up. It's treatable by following a strict diet and taking supplements recommended by the nutrionist. Might be worth you looking in to.
Good luck,
Jo

I've never tried eating raw garlic, though my nutrionist said to add garlic to meals wherever possible. At the moment I'm two weeks in to the 3 month diet to get the yeast overgrowth in my body under control.
It's very tough as I've a lot of food intolerences too. What else have you tried?
Regards
Jo
