I have hasimotos thyroiditis was stable for 9 years now I'm seeing an endo who keeps switching doses as my thyroid went to hyper now at the hight range of normal. I have some wierd anti antigen too. My moods are horrible and antianxiety meds don't work. No energy, picking all day at cuticles, no memory or concentration, no desire to do a thing. Would throw things at people my moods are switching so rapidly. I am also so tired sleeping later and later each morning. This dose switching been going on for months now and I'm scared. Anyone else delt with this before it's the surging at times of the hormone. Love Phillipa

Do you exercise at all - walk etc etc?
sometimes that can help - exercise can help stabilize the thyroid and attending hormones, in addition to medications.

It will take weeks to see an improvement but if you do it everyday - you will see results.
