I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. I have had to have the presure increased once every six months, and so I started out at 6cm. and now am already at 9cm. Does anyone know how normal or common this might be? I know that my sleep apnea has been a factor in my depression as well as has the weight gain.

I feel your pain.
I've got apnea too. What's worse is that i've been on the CPAP for over 6 months, and it doesn't seem to be helping AT ALL!
I think they've got me on level 10, whatever that means - I think I might need a higher pressure too.
Apparently the apnea is causing me memory & cognitive problems as well.
This is the end of the thread.
