Has anyone lost any real weight using either of the above? Thanks.

I haven't tried either, but will say, since this topic was redirected to Health so as not to upset people in the ED forum, that Xenical or the OTC equivalent Alli (which is half the dose, like people are too stupid to simply take twice as much) are not healthy ways to lose weight. They interfere with fat soluble vitamins, and unless you follow the low fat diet they of course recommend, you'll have gross and embarrassing results. Basically they're the same as overdosing on laxatives and the only "health" is likely to be in the drug companies bottom line. I had a colonoscopy in February, while I don't think either of these drugs have quite such dramatic results as the prep for that, it's definitely not something I'm in any hurry to experience again any time soon!
