10 hours and running. Last time the hardest part was the first few days.
I'm doing nutrisystem, which has small prepackaged meals that I supplement with lots of fresh fruit, veggies and dairy.
Butter (lettuce) mmm
insalata caprese mmm
At least I have my knitting to keep me busy, rather than munching mindlessly in front of the computer/tv.
I also sent an SOS email to the counselors at n.system and they emailed me back right away with reassurances that dieting IS hard, but that I am making the right decisions.
Imagine how good I'll feel to get that last 10lbs off!

I hope you get to a point where you are happy with your weight. Good for you for eating more healthy foods.
I'm going on a diet starting right now too. My Mom called me fat today and I know she's right. I've let myself go. My pants don't fit anymore.
I'm going on the instant oatmeal and beans diet. It's cheap, involves no cooking and fills me up. I'm going to eat 3 packages of sugarless instant oatmeal with a sprinkle of raisins and 540 mL (a big can) of beans. There's lots of iron in this diet. I'm low in iron. I'll also allow myself my choice of two servings of fruit or unlimited amounts of non starchy veggies.
