I guess there has been, or have been, death/deaths. I'm not sure you must 'stop' it. I'm sorry.

I made a correction here.

Yes; some people really need this med.

I'm sorry to hear of your Dad's passing sam123, but I'm glad too, he had this to make him comfortable in his life.

I'm just so exhausted, either viral or not, I'm going to stay offline for awhile. It feels this is the only thing I'm capable of doing; sittin' here. But, I don't want to be messing up like this.

(Called my PCP re: infection in lungs again maybe. Maybe prednisone for a couple days, long enough to get me to office for B12 shot.)

Of course there are deaths...it is 10X stronger than morphine. To an opioid naive person a pin heads amount can kill. Blame the doc if people die.
It is opioid 101. This one is very dangerous on the illicit market.

I'll be darned. It's so important to have a good doc re: these meds, or, if you can't get this, really watch out for yourself.

I didn't know Fentora was the top one out there.

I'm on the list here for emails from the local chapter of The Amer*can Pain Foundation.

I take oxycodone for back. I cannot take morphine sulfate re: cognitive properties.

I've only had two experiences w/ fentanyl.

I had a patch. I became so 'out of it', I forgot to take it off at 'take off time'. I lived alone. I 'forgot' two days, an entire weekend. Turned out I functioned very well in this state though as all my errands had been done when I thankfully awakened Monday morning.

I had it for a colo. It didn't work!!! It was terrible~~!!!

I wrote to Nova*tis about an antibiotic of theirs .. Leva*uin.

I'd taken my daily vites and meds and it.

There is a warning on the side of scrip not to take iron products or antacids within 2hr of taking it.

I didn't think, to think, my mag w/ calcium and zinc was an antacid. Looking back I guess I should have been more careful. I know some women take Tums for their calcium.

Anyway, my body began to tingle head to toe w/ pain and I sensed some impending event. I was scared. I ended up spending a couple hundred dollars to sit alone in a hospital w/o anyone knowing why I was there. They didn't dx it.

It was in the morning, butt sore from sittin' outside a dark hospital @ 4a, I got a ride home, looked at the bottle and called a knowledgeable pharmacist.

Yes, there 'was' a doc in the ER. I prob' should argue the $50 co-pay.

Apparently there were deaths w/ Zelnorm.(?)

Pulled off shelves. I haven't read anything yet. Hope it returns. Gave me so much relief. I was able to eat nearly like a person striving to be healthy by way of food, would eat.

Five Fires just found this and it's for breakthrough pain in cancer kind of like morphine to ease the last days of living. People need these types of pain meds as morphine can have breakthrough pain. Phillipa

Yes I know about breakthrough pain, as I have it now and then, but mine has not been bad enough to require a med such as fentanyl yet. Tks Phillipa.
