Every time I go to a doc they tell or find something bad. Today annual at ob-gyn and my right ovarie is enlarged and gained 20lbs on less food over the year despite my excercise and my stomach is huge and I have indigestion at night. So now an ultrsound to rule out ovarian cancer. And then to top it off my bladder is now in my vagina and that is causing me not to be able to pee fully or feel urge. Also rectocele, cystocele and prolapse of uterus is now second degree. So in Nov the ultrasound for the ovarie and the the obgyn surgeon will disguss the fixing of other parts and then downtown to big hospital for testing to see how they will put the mesh inside to hold organs in place. I hate doctors. And are there other reasons for enlarged ovary. Phillipa

I'm sorry for all these troubles, no one needs any more 'grief'. Could it be fibroids or cysts, not really up on these things, but I'm pretty sure fibroids would enlarge the ovary and cause bloating. It's good you are getting ultrasound no matter how taxing.
You make me want to go for appointment, haven't gone in 4 yrs.

No fibroids but definitely need to cystocele and rectocele fixed and probably a hysterectomy. Yes go. Phillipa ps didn't have a clue you were female

The intellectual interest relating to dying is going to be the only thing going for it.
(Not that I am suggesting that you are dying!)
But I do like the idea that we have one foot in the grave and the other on a banana skin.
And if you look at it like that, in a certain light, it can make life seem more tolerable or even valuable, certainly limited.
Then again, maybe it's the first drink of the day kicking in?
