How low? Worse thing is not getting enough blood to your brain so your body will faint to compensate...Only way to know is to know level of BP...Drink lots of fluid (Gaterade is good) and add salt to food to help retain fluids. Is it caused by your meds? I had that in the past, as low as 70/40 but only lasted a few days...
Some docs will add solucortef for continous low BP, which can help but salt is much easier to use if it works.
