I feel very angry, irritated and frustrated over a matter I shouldn't give one thought to and an individual I no longer care for. All of this is raising my b/p. Just wanted to say that.... I feel a bit better already.

Glad getting it off your chest helped.
I know that feeling.I have to take a medication for my b/p, though, as I apparently wasn't able to let off enough steam for my body; hope you do better :-)

TY PC for responding. Venting does help. I'm on a b/p med as well. I think taking up journaling again might be good for me. Haven't done that in ages but I am thinking about it...

That is an excellent tool! I have done journaling off and on throughout the years and each time it's like taking an enormous weight off my mind.
