I didn't get throught the whole thing but it's so convincing. I'm gonna try the recipe of
vit C 1,000
B-6 75
cysteine 4,500 holly cow
calcium confused
selenium 400
folic acid forgot some holly cow amountseritonin and dopamine precurer 5-htp and tyrosine but I have no idea how much of the precurers to take. I use SAMe intermittenly and it works on me in hours and works amazingly well. I know that means somthing about what my brain is hungry for.
