Hello everyone.. I've been reading the boards here for the last month or so compulsively, and I thought it time to introduce myself. I'm a 23 year old grad student in research psychology, hoping to go on and do clinical work. But that isnt why I'm here. I've also been in therapy for the last 4-5 years with several different therapists and on and off several meds.. diagnosed with depression, bpd, and anxiety. The depression is the only one I'm really sure about. Even though my therapist isnt too keen on the decision, I'm not on any meds currently. You all seem really wonderful and supportive and I'm excited to get to know everyone here!

Hello! I hope that the Psychology board is most helpful to you as it deals with various therapy models and how they work.
If you ever feel the need to Lighten Up the Social board is great for that!
