Hi Luvinmomofone,
Welcome to Babble. Glad you are here. I usually hang out at psychology so jump over there and check things out. Sometimes I am on social and meds, not so much since I am not on much now. Let us know how we can help and feel free to ask questions.

beign a single mom must be rough! i've got a husband who helps me, along with my variuos boyfriends and fiancees, but still, it's jsut NOT enough!
how do you do it? oh, and you might want to check out the parents' board. lots of helpful people there, for sure!
hey, my son turns 2 TOMORROW!!! how old is your kid?
talk at you later (write, whatever!),

at least he's old enough to talk back, rather than fall on the floor, fists balled and screaming bloody murder???
trying to see the bright side. when my son turns 18, i'm telling him 'look it kiddo, i've put up with you for 18 years, it's your turn to take care of me!!! get out! i'm going on honliday, adn you're not invited!!!'
think it'll work???
thanks for the reply, they're very rare around here.... and very much appreciated!!!take care with that 'kid' :)

My kids are 19 almost 20 and one almost 16 and we are ok for now. But that could change with the wind. Actually my almost 20 has matured alot since two years of college are under her belt. So there is hope for your almost 18 year old. I remember her at that age.
My son who is almost 16 has his moments, Dr Jekeyll and Mr. Hyde but overrall he isn't too bad. We regularly call the cops to whip his butt in line. LOL
I agree with kk. It has to be tough as a single mom. My husband travels all the time, but he is there at least by phone and on weekends.
