Hi paddo,
Welcome to Babble. I have had a harder time concentrating too. Do you have medication questions go to the meds board. If you are in therapy go to the psychology board, that is where I mainly hang and sometimes social.
Babblers are a good bunch of people. Go to each board and read the post.
When you have a question, ask away. There is an administration board with management type question and at the top of the general page there is FQA page for general questions you might have.
