Hi just came across this site as i am in need of some extra support i have also returned to therapy for the first time since i was 16 and am having some issues with her methods and ideas.

Welcome.
I hope you don't feel too lonely as to nobody answering your post. The "Newbies" board is not really very 'busy'.
I'm mostly on the Social board.I bet you'd get more responses on the Psychology Board.
Just go to the bottom of this page & "Boards" are listed. Go to Psychology or Social, and click on the word.

Hello chind, come to psycho board where the rest of therapy group is. Right now I am having therapist issues but I bet the rest of the great Babblers would be willing to help support you. I will too. I just am about to fire my therapist. A whole another story.

therapy is hard, isn't it? bringing up things you really don't want to, and then the feelign sleft afterwards are tough to deal with (sorry, you'll get used to my typing errors :)
butttt!!! this is a great place to get support, joke around, and see nudie pics of me (i'm just kiddin, you have to pay for those dear. sorry, no free rides :)
i hope you like it here. i've been here for years and years, and this is the first place i go for support. not my family, not mister kk (and that upsets him but he'll have to get over it. how can i talk to him about throwing shoes his way anyway?)
