Hi - I've found great help in reading some of the posts here. I'm transitioning from my current therapist to a new one (not my choice, but my current t doesn't have expertise in my area). I'm finding it really, really hard.

Anyway, it's good to be here.

If you post about your therapy issues in psychology you'd get good responses, it's one of the most active boards.
