I have been searching for information on the antidepressant Merital which I took in the 1980's. It was the only thing that ever worked for me and I was hoping someone might know if it is still made or available anywhere in the world (I don't think so) or if you have found anything similar to it or any combination of meds or natural supplements that would have the same effect. I'm feeling a bit desperate at the moment and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to Babble. The newbies board is really slow. You might want to try to post your question on the medication board. I've never heard of that med before so I'm sorry I can't help you, but there are some really knowledgeable people on the meds boards.
