new to babble

hi,i am new here.just started using effexor xr(2 days)was on paxil for months but when my doc doubled the dose i went off the wall for a few days and pulled out half of my hair.i am also taking pms trazodone at night.while i am laying still i have frequent twiched throughout my body.sometimes before i fall asleep i get bigger jolts .is this normal? anyone else have them?
