I have been taking Celexa since last spring at 80mg a day. About a month ago my doctor switched me to Lexapro. About four months ago my doctor also prescribed Phentermine 30mg. I ask him and the pharmacist about interactions especially when I started sweating by the gallons it seemed. They both shrugged it off so I continued. My weight went from 275 to 245 and leveled off. The benefit of the Phentermine is gone except for not feeling hungry, but can't lose anymore weight for the past two months. I have been researching drug interactions online and find disturbing information due to the "severe" level of dangers listed. I have noticed and so has my wife that I am more irritable and more edgey lately. I am stopping the Phentermine until someone can assure me otherwise and as for the Lexapro I will continue until something better comes along. Does anyone here have any advice or suggestions for me?
Thank you,
Paul
