I recently upped my dosage of effexor xr to 150 mg. I have problems falling asleep and staying asleep. Also I have been having very vivid, strange dreams. Has this happened to any one else??

Higher doses of effexor can be more stimulating. I also have strange dreams on this drug. I was at 450 at one time then down to 300 and I am now back to 450 and back came the dreams. I actually kinda like them.
