I was really frustrated after last week's session (posted under title: my T turned on me), but we talked things through yesterday and got everything ironed out. I suppose its good to have one of those 'clearing the air' sessions every once in a while. She maintained that she wasn't getting frustrated or nasty with me, she was mearly being 'challenging'! I'm ok with that, and I'm feeling better about stuff now, tho it still annoys me how a 50 minute session can affect how I feel so much.
Thanks to everyone who responded before, I needed the reasurance. _me x

I'm glad you worked through it with her. "Challenging" isn't my favorite part of therapy, but I suppose it's necessary. :)
