No doctor told me Effexor could cause 3 days of on and off vomiting. I don't think they know. I have lupus and that bout of vomiting caused a flare, or maybe it was the Effexor. ? My neurologist took me off 150 mg. one day and put me on Wellbutrin the next. Either the day after or the one after that, I got sick. I'm back on it because my therapist thought it was the Wellbutrin! I feel okay now, but I'm aware of the problem.
