hey all it has been awhile since i have been on here and things are going okay for me ... my ex therapist has not contacted me in like 2 days now which makes things that much easier ..he has been on mind but not as much i know i still care for him but i know it is best for me to just let it go ... i think maybe he is letting it go toooooooo..... :)
my new t is great and she understands me and helps me thourgh the rough times that i have with missing him and wondering y he has done this but it is gettin easier .... i happy about that !!! i just thought i would let u guys know how things are going now...

Just go slow, be good to yourself, reach out to the people you can trust and avoid the others. I am glad you finally got a good T, you deserve it.
