I'm really hoping she's in the hospital. She sounded 'together' enough that I don't think she would have done anything rash - I think she was leaning more toward getting help. I really really hope she's in the hospital.

Hi Daisy & Penny,
I'm not in the hospital. Keeping my self together is harder and harder, but the closing was delayed on the sale of the old house and my husband and I have to refinance the new house when we get the money. I can't be in a hospital, for the next week or so I have to look like a competent paid professional with a steady income. That'll take some acting.
My T is being very understanding, knows that I will uphold my no harm contract, but still is encouraging me to go in patient as soon as the financial deal with the house is done.
I am trying to get myself to call the outpatient clinic and see someone about meds. Maybe they are all I need along with my T to get me through this? And babble, I need babble.
Thanks for caring. Send mental support.

I can't think of anything more stressful than buying and selling houses, and to top it off, you are in the midst of so much pain and life change.
Please hang in there, keep in touch with your therapist, ask your husband for support, and get help as soon as you are able. You may have to run on pure adrenaline to do it.
Sending LOTS of positive energy in your direction.

Poet,
I'm glad to hear from you. I'm sorry that there is so much stress in your life right now. I'm sending you as much positive energy as I can muster. Right now I'm burning mint and lavender oils, so hopefully that will flow along with the energy to provide calm and peace (not to mention clear your sinuses if needed :) ).Take care and please keep us posted as you can!

I've been away but I've thought of you often as part of the exercises we did were poetry. My mind would think of you and send you blessings and faith.
You will get through this.
You have all this borrowed strength so you can lean, lean, lean.
Pretend only when you have to and let it out otherwise.
We are here. We care.
cyber-hugs.

i admire your persistence and strength to keep going when you need help. you sound very self-aware, and i think that helps a lot, although it does make things tougher at the same time, when you need help but know that you have to put it off. (boy, do i know.)
good luck. i hope everything went well today with the T.
