It seems to me that there are at least several individuals here that are using multiple names.
Why?
Thanks

hey Fires, no multiple names. Many of us just respond to the same question or comment that you might place. So, for instance, you'll see "JenStar" respond, then someone else - doesn't mean we're changing names...just all chiming in.
JenStar

How do you account for the conflicts between what you say. Example:

and your earlier post about misdiagnosis?
Also, if you are not TexasChic who is? Texas is the Lone Star state. and note the use of JenStar and TexasChic (cap- small case-cap- small case) and JenStar (same pattern).
I've had enough. bye

Wow, you've apparently invested some serious thinking about this. I certainly hope I've never contradicted myself. (Surely that happens so rarely.) :) Wouldn't want to take up more of your time.

I don't understand the question.

Why? as in why are people using multiple names?

I was simply pointing out how you connected JenStar and TexasChic. Golly, I don't think I would have reached that conclusion merely from JenStar chiming in our the thread.
And if I have ever contradicted myself, as I'm sure we all have, I would feel bad if that caused you to spend more of your energy analyzing how to connect my name to another. Unless you like playing six degrees of Kevin Bacon. :)
Now, I'm a bit confused by the nm response following your post to me. Cryptic or just a silly error?

Okay, just for the record, I am not JenStar. I think the 'cap small case cap small case' is pretty common in the computer world. When you name a file with more than one word, you do that instead of using spaces between words. The cap shows the start of a new word. And as for the lone star stuff, believe me, we get enough of that cheesiness as it is. Its in all the commercials, everything. It gets tiresome. Anyway, I just wanted to say JenStar and I are in fact two different people.

If people want to have more than one name to post under, what's the big deal? I don't understand the concern.

It's not allowed under Dr. Bob's rules. And good thing too! The internet is crazy making enough as it is without knowing who the heck you're talking to when you carry on long term conversations.

Ummm...I am using a different username, though I don't use the old one anymore. I have a logical reason, though. I moved and changed email addresses and I couldn't remember my password so I had to sign up again. My username is basically the same as my old one, just spelled differently.
This is the end of the thread.
