Lar,
I worry about anyone who professes the absolute. 9625 out of 9999 (plus 1), is pretty close to absolute. That's almost as many folks born with hands and feet, as opposed to not. Divide 9625 by 9999 and just see what that % is. That % is close to those born without arms and legs worldwide (according to the World-Health-Organization)! I'm suspicious of this neurotypical Website and its data....
