OK, given that it is Halloween...
Has anything weird or spooky happened to you before, during or after a session?
Lately, everytime I have a hard session, when I leave my therapist's office, the window drops open. (His office is upstairs in an old victorian so the windows are those old fashion kind that open forward, not up and down.)I told him it was some kind of a sign, I just don't know what yet. Feels like a spirit leaving out the window as I go down the stairs.
Anyone else?

Not really spooky, but once during the session there was this loud thumping noise. We both were startled and both of us paused to listen. Then he said he thought it was the John Deere outside hitting the building because the mowing sound resumed. I hadn't been aware of the mowing sound before, and I have to tell you, that thump sounded much more ominous to me. It was very distracting and it took a few minutes for me to get back on track. Then we talked about hypervigilance and how I tend to view stuff like that as really bad when it might only be an "oops".
But even though I knew it was a one-story building, I sure thought it was really bad. Especially after hearing the sounds of jumpers in Farenheit 9/11.
