Hey Muffled, nice to see ya =0)

Glad you're mostly doing okay. I'm mostly doing okay too. Puppy Magee (just one of her many names) is doing good too, she loves Christmas cause there's lots of yummy treats around.

Yeah I think there's a whole heck of a lot of people who are pretty d*mn glad Christmas is over for another year. Sure seems to be a tuff time for a lot of people.

LOL, no all the forks survived intact this year (ate with my fingers just to be on the safe side) :-)

So how are you and those cheeky little chickadees doin'?

Have you statred DBT yet?
Wasn't Cricket's post on Write just totally amazing?

Hmm, is there a nasty Damos? I would have asked, "Is there a nice one?" But yeah there is, I can be just as nasty, cranky, cr*ppy, mean and hurtful as anyone. But most of it is usually directed at me, sadly though it does spill over sometimes.

Thanks Muffled you are just so sweet and kind. Yeah I do feel others pain, or hurt for them and that's okay cause I don't take it on as my own if that makes any sense. And sometimes a post will upset me on a number of levels. Because someone I care about is hurting, because what is happening hurts and because it triggers off rememberences. But that's all good cause I seem to grow as a result somehow. And you're right hurting for others does let me know I care in a way. You got a big heart too Muffled, and I'm glad you share it with us. I'm just glad you're here.

You take good care too okay.

I'm sorry I'm not around so much. Trouble posting much from work, but I'm always around and think of you and the little ones often with much warmth.

Wow thats the most I ever heard you say bout yourself. I used to think of myself as a bad leper. I mostly don't anymore. Try not to be hard on yourself. Your only human after all. A nice one at that.

Its good that you can step back from the hurt. Sometimes I can, sometimes I get all caught up in it. I'm getting better at it though.

Thanks Damos. I think of you and your doggie too.
Do you have others you live with too? If so I wish them well too.
Take care.
