What is the single most important thing one can do...actually do and immediately so... to significantly increase their peacefulness...if you had to give a single piece of advice?

Be outside in nature. A hike is a good idea. Or just sit by a river. Watch some birds. Something like that.

agreed and already do it (and thanks for pointing it out...never really thought about that and it's good to know i've been doing the most important thing all along).
so i guess i'm looking for #2...i think pegasus is on to something.
also i can't wait to get a dog cuz i think that will also be good.
