{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{special k}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

It really isn't fair.

You shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get some help.

Are there some mental health organizations you can ask for information from?

I wish things were different for you. It must be so frustrating. I know I feel frustrated hearing about it. I wish you could teleport back and forth from there to here for fabulous services. Of course there's more than one fantasy aspect of that wish. Sigh.

Thanks people.
Have been digging through the phone book...
Emailing some who have emails.
I don't know. I think it is going to be cost prohibitive to do it that way.

Yeah ok so I was looking at psychologists (there is a trademark on that over here)

There are some who do 'self-psychology' which they blurb as 'long term' and they talk a bit about personal development...

But no email for them. Not sure if it is worth calling...

There are councellors. But there isn't a TM on that.

Maybe I'm being a snob...
But I don't like the thought of seeing someone with less training than me (think they should have a Masters at least).
Sigh.
I'm being a snob - right?

I should hit the councellors...

Might find something cheaper over there :-(

There are a couple of Jungian analysts.
No email...
Pretty sure that would be cost prohibitive lol.

Hey my T has MA in counselling. She also has alot of variety of experience. She says I am the expert on me. She just kinda helps me along. So I dunno. I kinda not so smart anyhow.
Take care

all i know is the psychologist who i actually got on with had a phd in history before doing a MA in psych

(and we used to talk about narration a lot which was cool)

and p-docs aren't tooooo bad typically. typically...

dunno.
probly being a snob :-(

on the upside probly means a councellor would be ok.
