Has anyone here got any experience of this type of therapy? I've been working in mental health and have just come across it, and from what I've seen it's very logical, which I like a lot (I'm a logical kind of person).
I'm thinking of looking in to it to try myself, and was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience.

I haven't tried it. I found this:

It sounds like a psychodynamic response to CBT.
I reckon it would be worth a shot.
I was reading about... I can't remember what it is called...
But there is a psychodynamic response to DBT too that is doing quite well...I think I'd prefer that to CBT
