This is a little muffleds thing

Posted by muffled on January 4, 2007, at 0:09:06

Ok I will try this..
One of my ikids is really scared cuz Bobs got all the power here. He can hurt us so bad.
My T is away.
Mostly I OK. But blocking seems to be a seriously large trigger to some part of me. Its tied to the rage, and tied into my protection. It explodes. Its a trigger to an explosive device in me.
I don't direct rage at others, I direct it at myself.
I'm scared. Cuz for some reason i can't seem to understand the civility stuff. Its so confusing to me. I can't remmeber if I got some pbc somewhere waiting to get me.
I get so scared.
And even as I write this some other part is taunting me for being an idiot.
I get all split up when I stessed and tired. It makes me more confused.
That being said, i will go to bed.

No worries, little muffleds. So far, so good. And blocks aren't the end of the world, they don't last forever. Try to remember that even if someone else has power, they never have ALL the power. You get to keep your own personal power, always. I promise.

I hope you have sweet dreams of flying ponies and fluffy clouds. Good Night.

**We did sleep well once we got to sleep.
I think partly we scared of Bobs power and sometimes it bugs us cuz we can't know who he is and that makes him more scarey and ikid thinks noone cares bout her but T and now for some reason she getting all freaked but I dunno why, and its all so dumb, and its hard cuz it just is.
Thank you.
We get scared.

Hey Muffled,

It's not weak to call your T. Haven't you been on a long break from your T? It might make the rest of you feel better to just check in.

I went to see my regular T yesterday. (After an extended break for the holidays). I was sitting in the waiting room with my back to the hallway, totally freaked out and full of anxiety over some stuff thats been going on at home. Before I even saw her I heard her voice. She was talking to the patient before me. Just hearing her voice calmed me down considerably. It's the first time I've ever had that experience.

To make a long story short. Oops. Too late for that. I think just hearing your T's voice will make you feel better.

Regards,
HK :)

Dr. Bob is a pretty nice person - I've met him. He seems kind of quiet but in a way that is calm, not standoffish. Just my two cents - he isn't scary - so your younger self can relax a little. You know me, I've got great radar about people.

Glad you slept well.

Thank you daisy.
Its important that your radar has scanned him.
Your report seems adequate for him.
But I dunno if he has niceness or acceptingness of mebbe people that are stupid sometimes.
I guess he's not scarey, toughie could take him on. No problem. But its other ways that scare me.
But if you say he's not a bad man, then mebbe he isn't.

Its good I think, for her to be able to express her stuff too.
Thank you.

It is good for her to be able to express herself. Take care of her muffled. She's a part of you too.

Hey muffster

Remember Dr.B started all this to let us help ourselves and each other, and he did that and still does it because he cares.

Babble has grown sooooooo much from the early days when we used to all know each other, but that hasn't been possible for a long time. Particularly for Dr.B. So he used to be able to keep this a safe place **in person** because he knew us all and was here more often.

If I had any influence, I'd get him one of those MacArthur Genius Grants, extend it for life, and let him quit his job and spend more time on Babble if he wanted to. (Even if he wanted to do something else, I'd still get it for him.)

So, if it helps when your ikids get scared, try to remember that everything that is Babble **is** Babble because first and foremost, Dr.B not only cares about us, but he actually did something about it (and still does).

Though it makes us a little nervous.
But yea, he proly OK.
Thats about as much agreement we gonna get here.
LOL!
