former T on YouTube

Not really. But the therapist I saw for several years before moving is a dead ringer for this woman: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAdHPGtC61E Change the leather jacket into something slightly more professional and, of course, the subject matter, and I'd think I was back in her office. (and that she'd cut and resumed dying her hair... but she even sounds similar, with similar facial expressions, etc.)

Yikes. You had a really, um, weird T. Was she a sort of aspiring comic?

And why is that guy interviewing her?

She seems really young and immature .. not withstanding this is acting .. I don't think I could've taken a T seriously if she looked that inexperienced and had any of those affectations. Thanks for sharing this, by the way, I Love her closing line, it's beautiful.

The video is a mock interview... she took clips of the guy who hosts a show called "Inside the Actor's Studio" and cut in the clips of herself answering his questions. So the interview isn't real...

And it's not as if my T were yukking it up in session by any means! (Not that she didn't laugh when appropriate...) Don't read *too* much into this! The comic in the video is probably 50% more animated than my T... My T was also about my age; the woman in the clip is clearly younger

That part I didn't catch-- that it wasn't a real interview. I admit I didn't watch much-- I'm glad your T was a little older and a lot less smirky.

You really ought to get in touch with her-- and tell her she can see herself on Utube-- she'd probably think it was a compliment-- and funny.
