Hi. it has been a while. I am finished with the semester and am doing better than I was. It is always ahrd in the summer because I feel and am far away from my therapist and have to drive to go see him back at school. After some awful insomnia I am getting back on track again, knock on wood. My new psychiatrist is awful. I never know how to act around him, he assumes I am stupid and keeps wanting to put me on more medicine than I ought to be on. Alot of my problems have been him abruptly taking me off of high dosages of medications. Lucklily, I have a great therapist who helps me out and is a good advocate for me. I have been reading and keeping up on y'all. Hope you are all doing okay.
