I am getting better sleep, trying to go to bed at a reasonable time. (instead of staying in chat until all hours of the night, which is what i want to do) Sorry folks, it will just make you all the more happier to see me (KK influence is rubbing off on me, lol) (now, it isn't true love KK, so cool your jets, don't get all hot and bothered)
Yesterday I did something I enjoyed and something that I HAD to do, homework from my T , and I actually did it.
Okay I still feel depressed but a little better. It had been a long time since I was hanging on until my next appointment, I am relieved it is next week instead of a month. I guess I really need him to help me. I am reaching out, not crawling inward. This has to be good, but it is scary.
He doesn't want to do meds yet, because he and I believe it is situational depression, when my situation improves, so will my mood and we will use therapy to get through this. yay! I have to believe him, he has been right so many times before. Okay, I am going outside and planting more flowers, and the chore I don't want to do---dishes! ick!
