Little Bc, I am sorry you were hurt....
Remember the barn, and the field and the ponies,
we can go there anytime you say....it is nice, safe,
and no one can hurt you any more....rsk

Remember what I once said to you, those memories are at your mercy because they live within your mind. You're the big cheese there, you make all the rules. Don't let them convince you otherwise. The only thing that gives them any manner of existence now is YOU.
Tell us of this memory, if you wish. Perhaps that can be a rope by which you can pull yourself from this paralysis.
We're here for you.

((((((little b2))))))
It's just a memory.
It's all in the past.
Nothing can hurt you now.
You are safe.
Take care,

cracked twigs beneath your feet,
my heart stops.
your towering figure stands,
the nearby shadow climbs atop
my breathless shell, soon fades...
invisible.
the darkness collides,
and endless cries
fill the night.

Sorry little B2c I had to go get my son...
yes I agree those are beautiful horses...i will have to take a pic of Coco so I can post it for you...and I have two other horses, Ringo and Prissy. Prissy is Coco's mom. She is pretty too and RIngo is handsome. He loves Coco and is quite sweet to her.
Prissy loves her and they all run and play together.
They love carrots, apples like Phillipa said, and peppermint candies. They like grass and hay. And they love little girls..so come and play and be safe. You can pet their necks, give them a hug. And if you want they will give you ride anywhere in the world you want to go. Or just stay in the field, lay in the sunshine and take a long nap.
Watch the fluffy clouds soar past. See if you name any of them. Feel the sun on your face. Doesn't it make you sleepy, It does me. And smell the wonderful smells. The grass, the bugs, the ponies, the air, the warm air how it caresses your body and makes you feel so warm so safe. Now lay your head down on Coco's soft head. And let the breathe of her help you sleep and feel safe....and think happy thoughts....there you go, now you're safe.....rsk
This is the end of the thread.
