I can't stand it
I'm so incredibly sad
I can't sleep
I cry, cry, cry
it hurts to breathe or to notice how the inside of me feels
inside of my head alone is a bad place to be
too much at once

((( Sid )))
It's awful when too many things come at once. I always want to scream that I just need a while to settle myself before something else happens.
How are you and yours today?

I'm so sorry, sid. I know how hard that is.
It's amazing what a huge hole such small beings can leave when they go.

That's heartbreaking... of course you can't stop crying, you lost someone you love very much. Take care to be ok with whatever you're feeling and take care of yourself in those feelings.
Nothing I can say of course will make it better. But I'm here as a listening ear, a caring heart, and an abundance of empathy. I'm so sorry sid...

Honestly, when our cat (one particular one) died from a tick it felt (terrible to say) worse than a (timely, I suppose) death in the family.
She used to lie in the crook of my arm while I read.
When we buried her it was such a lonely empty feeling as we walked back with nothing to say to each other.
This is the end of the thread.
