Overstimulation.
I forget sometimes that while I'm much better than I was, I'm not all better. A couple of days of extremely demanding work last week, and I was a wreck.
A long weekend of driving and I slept for days, exhausted.
I'm much better as long as everything goes smoothly.
I'm not biplar. Well, maybe bipolar 3. But I've got some tendencies.

One of the most helpful insights for me to come out of that kind of thing is that my actions don't have to be dependent on my moods. In fact, I can let the mood happen while I keep moving forward in life. As someone who gets panicked by her emotions, that was very useful.
