some people who frequent psychology need to focus more on meds, and some people who frequent meds need to focus more on psychology?
That's not a judgment. It's something I wonder for myself, and maybe a philosophical question??
Maybe I'm just not all that interested in meds.Biology vs psychology, etc, etc, shades of gray, somewhere in between, etc, who knows.
I think I've got a difference in focus among clinicians right now.

I am very interested in how they work together, but I find the medication board impenetrable.
I talk to my psychiatrist about meds.
