Well therapy that focuses on the deeper layers of your psyche rather than trying to modify behavior and thoughts.
Its a bad translation i guess.

My psychiatrist is a pretty smart one. Maybe he can recommend someone. But he wont do so over email. Understandable. He needs to live from something, too.
I cant wait to start the therapy. I think i am going twice a week.

I am feeling pretty awesome for my standards. I am taking 50mg Trazodone. Im am unsure if i feel so well because of that or because of psychological changes or both.
