I am sorry you got blocked.
If you are reading, here is a list of replacement words for you:

Arse
Arshlow (probably not spelled correctly, but German was not my forte)
Bum
Behind
Rear Anatomy
Exit Area
Bung
"A"
and you can even use *ss, ifin you put that little stary thing in there. Make it a nice big fat stary thing. color it in with your favorite shade.

Take care, I'll miss you, until you get back.

Why didn't she get a PBC?
I did when I used the bad word.
I was talking about that vulgar part of my anatomy.
Also she was not referring to her backside.
She was using it as you would for attributes of the animal.

I am full of good questions today.
Oh susan47...you are muted.
My best to you.

I think the PBC was actually a "please rephrase" and she didn't "rephrase" I don't know. She was talking to me and I wasn't offended, I just don't get why if the person being talked to isn't offened, then why does it concern anyone else?

I hope that was an "I" statement....

Don't you just hate it when you get a ticket on the holidays for going a few miles over when everyone else seems to be speeding?

get a PBC...you have to apologize immediately?

If you get a PBC, do you have to apologize immediately?
I am so bad at knowing the rules.
Is this what is expected?
Is this written down somewhere?
What if someone didn't mean to swear....
used the word for another meaning then was gone for a while and didn't see the PBC and got blocked because they were not quick enough to respond?

At least on babble you can apologize.
Whereas with a speeding ticket, well good luck.

I think it is because somebody has been asking for determinations regarding swearing. There is a comprimise between offending such people and freedom of speech...

I think it is because she posted after seeing the request and her subsequent post didn't acknowledge the issue at all.

I don't think Bob would be such a meanie as to block someone for posting on a board when they were in trouble on another and might not be aware of it yet (?????)

if this is it, my goodness....
I was not offended.
I liked your joke.
I am just so confused by the blocking system here on babble.
someday I will learn it so good that I will never make a mistake?

The way I see it Jai, if you haven't been blocked by Bob yet, well, you're simply not trying hard enough.

I guess you got my BabbleMail. It's always nice to hear from you.

No, that's not it. Dr. Bob has been coming down hard on swearing for some time now. I think it has more to do about what *he* (Dr. Bob) wants on his board than it does about anything else.

And that's his privilege, I respect it. I just wish I knew when to look a word or phrase up for vulgarity. There was one recently that it had never even occurred to me was vulgar. Unfortunately I don't recall it now.

Was it Cr*p? That one surprised me. I mean I wasn't allowed to use it at home, but I wasn't allowed to use darn at home either.

No, Dinah is correct as usual, we can't blame
this on determinations. I was given a P.B.C a year and a half ago for using as*. And I was using it for donkey too. So remember always stick an a*terisk in your as*. Now THAT was vulgar.
And I didn't answer you on social. Of course I would love to have you come over for a baked potato!

Oh dear, this is supposed to be about relationships-- don't want to be humiliated by having my lone lame post sticking out on social.

Gee I'd love to find a man who would excite me as much as a baked potato with sea salt and olive oil. (The potato, not the man)
