this week i lost a dear friend
he died suddenly
it came out of nowherehe was one of the only friends i have with whom i can speak with absolute honesty and candor
the older i get the more honest i am with friends and i tire of being judged or being asked to deny how i feel
my daughter is very sad too
we are going to create a splendid day of the dead altar--gonna paint the walls
but he will still be gone
i feel like i should be reaching out to other friends but i only call a few--those that listen whether i am happy or sad or ranting or telling funny stories

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. If it's any consolation, he is gone physically but he will live on in your heart and precious memories forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughter. HUGS
