Sometimes I think I'm trying to solve something that should not be viewed as a problem. I mean that I've always been kinda down and melancholy all my life. Just like some folks seem to just naturally be always happy, I've always been on the opposite end of the spectrum.
Sure, I have my up times, (though not lately) but for the most part, I'm just pretty melancholy. I've started meds but I wonder if this is just something that I need to accept about myself and make the best of it. Any thoughts?
