and hoping all of you are well. I noticed a new board- but was confused by it because I think I missed an awful lot. I hope everything got sorted out, all I know is I have had nothing but positive support here. I see my shrink tomorrow, but I think I'm seeing some daylight- and hopefully won't go directly to the stratosphere. Take care all.

So good to hear from you! It sounds like you're still moving in the right direction, glad to hear you have an appt. with your shrink. You are brave and strong to be handling all this, and deserve a round of pats on the back and "attagirl"s. Keep up the good work, and please let us know how you are.Shar
