I ate potato chips, dip and hershey bars all weekend long. It was my celebration of New Years. I enjoyed it but now I must go back to the Metabolite for awhile.
P.S. I thought the title of this would be funny! No offense. ;-)

It was relaxing to do nothing for the holidays this year. I was sort of apathetic about it all. I guess I'm entitled to that sometimes. Yes, I was in the Twinky Zone! I also took my ativan because the holidays tend to be bring back upsetting memories but not this year with the help of ativan. Thank God for these drugs-there's no need to suffer and believe me I did suffer for years without them. I'm glad to know what my symptoms mean and how to manage them better. Happy New Year!
