Dear Noa,
Thank you for posting this- is this your diagnosis? I know you live in Canada (the ehs gave it away)- I found when I lived in Minnesota I truly had this seasonal presentation and light therapy really helped. Now that I'm in so. California, I get to be nuts all the time :-). Take care, Judy

I think a component of my depression is seasonal. I think I get a bit more depressed in the fall and get increased carbo cravings, although I have those anyway. I am going to try a light box next fall and see if it helps.

I really hope you decide to use the light box, it really had an amazingly positive effect for me. Plus that, therapy and exercise are the only 3 'therapies' I can use during depressions and not get manic as a result. Take care, Judy
