Does anyone else experience panic attacks when they hear certain songs? I go into a serious panic. There is no time to turn it off, I just have to run away, if I am out I just have to get away. What else can I do to change this awful feeling?

Are there certain songs that remind you of bad experiences? I don't really have panic attacks listening to songs, but they can bring back sad memories sometimes.

Yes -- both good and bad memories (though mostly bad -- WHY??). I don't have panic attacks, but I do get very emotional sometimes.
