Thats how a friend told me took at my upcoming (yes, still waiting!!) hospitlisation.. and it works a treat!! i almostlook forward to it!!!!!!!!!

Most excellent! That is how I felt when I got out of the hospital. It was the most relaxing, low stress week of my life.
